At least she kept baking. I have diabetes type 2. I don't bake cakes. I tried a few times with sweetener, but it didn't work out, so I quit. Last cake I baked (it was a couple actually) was two years ago, for my son's birthday. The kids barely ate them. They were more into brigadeiros.
